11. Are your staffs checked and insured?

Yes. Our staff has enhanced DBS clearance and professional references checked with recent and past employers.

All Care Givers are covered with general liability and workers compensation insurance. The first, and most important question that we ask ourselves during the recruitment process is – does this potential member of staff have a good heart? We recruit, employ, and retain the very best staff and they complete on-going training and development to ensure that they continue to deliver market-leading care based on best practice.

In the unlikely event of this happening, we encourage you to call the office where our friendly staff will discuss your concerns and find a replacement care support worker for you as soon as possible.

Once the staff complete the shifts, time sheets which are filled out and signed at the end of each shift. Also, our itemised invoices are always sent after services are completed. This lets you ask any questions about time or date of care, and it allows us to make any schedule adjustments before your invoice is sent.
